Booking

You can book in 3 ways: (1) Fill our online booking form on the Contact page, (2) Call us on +91 98765 43210, or (3) WhatsApp us at the same number. We confirm bookings within 30 minutes and send you your assigned professional's details before the visit.

Yes, we offer same-day service subject to availability. Bookings made before 10:00 AM can usually be scheduled the same day. For guaranteed availability, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

Absolutely. You can reschedule or cancel up to 4 hours before your scheduled appointment at no charge. Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a small convenience fee. Contact us via call or WhatsApp to make changes.

Duration depends on the service and home size. A standard 2BHK home cleaning takes 2–3 hours. Deep cleaning may take 4–6 hours. Kitchen + chimney cleaning typically takes 2–3 hours. We'll give you an estimated duration when you book.

Our Staff

Yes, every CleanPro professional undergoes a thorough background check including police verification, Aadhaar verification, and reference checks before joining our team. We share the assigned professional's name, photo, and ID proof before every visit.

All our cleaning professionals complete a 2-week certification training program covering surface care, eco-friendly product usage, appliance handling, and customer etiquette. They undergo refresher training every 6 months.

We try to assign the same professional for recurring customers to maintain consistency. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll inform you in advance and send an equally qualified replacement.

Services & Products

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning agents that are safe for children, pets, and people with allergies. All our products are biodegradable and free from harsh chemicals. We bring all supplies — you don't need to provide anything.

Yes, our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning tools, microfibre cloths, vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, and all necessary cleaning agents. You only need to provide access to water and electricity.

We currently operate in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi NCR. We're expanding rapidly — if your city isn't listed, contact us and we'll let you know our timeline.

Pricing

Pricing is based on service type, home size, and specific requirements. We provide upfront quotes with zero hidden charges before you confirm your booking. You'll know the exact cost before we arrive.

We accept all major payment methods: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the service is completed and you're satisfied.

Yes, we offer weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cleaning packages at discounted rates. Subscription customers also get priority scheduling and a dedicated account manager. Contact us for package pricing.
